DOUGLAS MURRAY: PRINCE HARRY IS ‘CLEARLY BADLY ADVISED’

British author and journalist Douglas Murray, claimed that Prince Harry is “clearly badly advised”. He went on to say that the Duke of Sussex “doesn’t think very far ahead”, following the issues surrounding his US visa..

“I’m not wild about this because this one makes me feel rather sorry for Prince Harry. It takes a bit for me to do that. I mean, this is his sort of personal immigration situation. He’s clearly badly advised,” said Murray to Sky News.

Murray added that: “He clearly doesn’t think very far ahead of himself, and … that’s the only time you’ll get a grunting of pity for the Spare prince from me.”

DUKE OF SUSSEX’S RISKS LOSING MONTECITO MANSION?

Sky News also reported that Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle could lose their mansion in Montecito, California. This would happen if Prince Harry is found to have lied on visa documents about his past drug use. Applicants for US visas are generally required to disclose whether they have taken drugs. The US does often decline visas to convicted or admitted drug users.

In his tell-all memoir Spare Prince Harry confessed to using drugs in his younger years. Spare was released on 10 January 2023. This prompted calls for the Biden administration to make his visa application public.

This comes after a conservative think tank, The Heritage Foundation, took legal action against the Department of Homeland Security, demanding that Prince Harry’s visa application be released. A judge is in the process of reviewing the case.

According to The Heritage Foundation’s website, they want the Department of Homeland Security to treat everyone equally.

“At the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at The Heritage Foundation in Washington D.C., America’s most prominent conservative think-tank, our goal is to ensure the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) treat everyone—prince or ordinary citizen—equally when it comes to being allowed to legally enter the U.S,” according to the website.

“Prince Harry entered America in March 2020 with no apparent problem and has settled with his wife Meghan and their two children in Montecito, California. However, in his book Spare, published last year, he admitted extensively to elements of drug crimes both in the U.S. and elsewhere. He admitted using cocaine, cannabis and psychedelic mushrooms. He has since spoken about using the hallucinogenic drug ayahuasca,” reads the website.

This comes just a few weeks after Prince Harry and Meghan took a trip to Nigeria, Africa. The pair quit their duties as senior working members of the royal family in 2020 and moved to California, where they started a new life with their two kids – Prince Archie (4) and Princess Lilibet (2).
